November Hoop Notes

More like Novemburrrrr! This is the time of year that I get into my cozy spot on the couch with my netflix cued up and left over Halloween candy close by. This pattern is so comforting but leaves me feeling so BLAH. Well, I am making a change - I hope you will join me too!

I want to break this pattern and give myself a #onesongdanceparty ! Just one song...in your kitchen if you have to...every night starting now till Christmas!  You've seen me in my kitchen hooping before...#kitchenhooping ...yep...it's a thing!

Just watch for any stray monkeys who might wander in requesting just a little bit of chocolate milk:)
